What happens to your data in this version?

The form prepares a summary in this page's memory only. It does not send your data, does not store it in your browser and does not add it to any external link. When you press “Send by email”, your email programme opens with the summary and the address mariapilarmiquel@gmail.com. You review and send the message yourself. Your email provider and the recipient's process that message under their own terms. If automatic sending is enabled later, the provider and processing will be disclosed beforehand.

When direct contact is enabled

The purpose of processing is to answer enquiries and handle stay requests. The legal basis is the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where applicable, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). Data is kept while the enquiry is being handled and thereafter for the legally applicable limitation periods. The processors are OVH SAS, as hosting provider, and Google Ireland Limited, as provider of the contact mailbox. Google may process data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Enquiries are not conditional on receiving marketing, and data is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Your rights

You may contact the data controller to exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. Information about these rights and about complaints is available from theSpanish Data Protection Agency. You can also contact the owner directly using the address above.

Web hosting and technical logs

This site is hosted on a server operated by OVH SAS (2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France), with servers located in France. The provider processes IP addresses and technical access logs to deliver the service and protect it against abuse. These logs are kept for the period necessary for the security of the service. No data is transferred outside the European Economic Area for hosting.
